A beautiful ski resort at the foothills of the Pirin Mountains, Bansko has lots to offer. The Holy Trinity Church houses some of the largest and richest murals in the region. The city provides easy access to some of Bulgaria’s famous museums towns.
The constant winter snow cover allows for a good Christmas to Easter ski season. The vibrant nightlife, including old style taverns as well as discos, makes it very attractive.
