The mystical ancient temples, empty beaches, mighty rivers and remote forests are all waiting be discovered after years of political instability. Cambodia's rich cultural heritage can be attributed to the Khmer Empire. A visit to the stunning Angkor Wat, a collection of over one hundred temples dating back to the ninth century is a definite must-see.
